Story:


Krishna(Vikram) is a worker in Chocolate factory and he is mentally not a matured candidate but co-workers and owners help him to work.Krishna's wife dies by giving birth to a baby girl.With the help of Owner's wife Krishna learns how to take care of a girl and named her as Vennela. Vennela also loves her dad so much and the bonding between both becomes very thick.When Vennela joins the school identifies Krishna and next day Correspondent father who is grand-father of Vennela takes Vennela away from Krishna.Anuradha(Anushka) is a Junior lawyer takes up the Krishna case in Humanity angle against Senior Lawyer ( Nasar) and how she deals with the case and what happens next you need to see on the screen.

Analysis




I can't wait till end of this review to give my rating.Hence I provided the same at top. You can understand how I felt after watching this movie.The Plot itself is emotional content. One should appreciate Vijay for such a nice and hand-tailored plot.Heart Touching. Though it has inspirational sources the complete credit goes to Vijay for careful and tender presentation and the way he weaved all elements into it. Though the plot is rich of emotions and sentiment director nicely induced the humor,drama and makes the audience to have curiosity of what happens next till the last minute of the movie.Though the first half seems lengthy Vijay preferred complete flashback in first half and that seems correct once the second half starts.

Whoa !! For first few minutes I saw Vikram,that's it ! After that I saw only a father who loves her daughter very much. As usual he is Outstanding!! He changed his complete body language one can not believe that the same Vikram has acted in Villain/Ravana. He surely bags all kind of awards for his role.He resembled Kamal Hasan in some scenes and he marvels at the acting and especially in heart touching scenes with his daughter.

Vikram faced tough competition from Baby Sarah who portrayed the daughter character. She is so cute and perfect at expressions.She equaled Vikram in Climax Court Scene. The father-daughter scenes which are heart of the movie are true-fully heart-touching ones. Music echoed the mood and nice.Anushka is perfect and natural, handled the drama part with Nasar and entertains. The Story song and  slow song towards the climax are highly creative.

All other depts done their job well. The Cinematography is marvelous and visuals are rich.

Its difficult to provide climax for this kind of stories and Vijay handled this part also well and convinces. Your eyes might get wet in some scenes and Vikram and Sarah melts hearts into tears.In recent times Nanna is a heart touching and emotion content movie and worth for a place in your Video Library.

Go and Watch it..Dont miss it!!

Note2: If you are a fan of Action genre or Mass Masala you may not enjoy this movie though it has comedy and suspence.

Story:
Ashwith is a Photographer for daily news paper called Neti Vartha. One day he captures the pics related to Bank Robbery and in that process he met with a girl Renuka (Karthika). Renuka is a news reporter in the same paper and cracks out a child marriage of opposition leader to win in the elections. Ashwith proves the same with clean and strong pics and the Opp leader will be jailed. In a similar way both(Aswith and Renuka) defames the CM also. A young and energetic people centric party is also tries to campaign in Vasanth as leader.At start they did not get attention but due to their helping hand at people and Ashwith and Renuka publicity he starts getting attention. To multiply this Vasanth arranges a big people meeting and a massive bomb explosion happens and Vasanth comes to power on sympathy vote. Who puts the bomb and what is he link between Bank robbery to Bomb explosion and how Ashwith successfully decrypts this you need to watch on movie.

Analysis


I appreciate Telugu masses. You know why? Due to some reasons I watched this movie on 60th day and you know what it is House Full. Not only that for fights and songs there were whistles and up-roaring.This shows how telugu audiences are desperately waiting for a good movie. They proved this for dubbed movies also.For them movie should be good. That's it.

Rangam is worth for their whistles. Yes it is the movie which I enjoyed completely from first to last after Pokiri   in action genre. K V Anand must be appreciated for the well-developed plot and nail biting screen play. I tried a lot to figure out which thing was not good and finally stopped to do so. Every scene is convincing and if you feel first half is good and gripping the second half takes you to peaks. Twists and turns in right proportion and in right times and the outstanding screenplay made the movie block buster. The response from audience on 60th day is the proof.

How Ideally the Press should be and what are the pressures they face  are shown very neatly.Even at climax also the director made this point again.

Jeeva is worth for a hero role in this movie. His presence is there almost in every scene of the movie Everyone acted in their roles superbly and Special mention to Vasanth character. He is excellent. Karthika who dint manage with Josh survived in cinema rangam with this movie. She is good. The girl who acted as Jeeva side kick is excellent. Comedy,Romance are in right amounts. Haris Jayaraj proved why he is renamed as Melody Master. He is super.Cinematography and background score are wonderful.

After watching this movie I got a mixed feeling. One way I am happy that I have seen a good movie after a long long gap. In another way I envied on K V Anand and felt bad why Telugu directors keep on striving for copy formulas and why not they try their own ideas like Anand. Rangam is not a new concept but nicely presented one. We too have good directors, only thing they need is to come out of copy formulas or routine formulas and sharp their metic on new grounds. Hope Rangam makes them to think.

Story: Ajay (Siddarth) is doctor in US and falls in love with a telugu girl(Priya) and marries her.Suddenly he comes to India and changes his name as Mano and enjoys every minute of his stay. In this course he surprises a Photographer(Nitya) with his attitude towards life and she falls in love with him. Why he comes to India and what is the climax of this triangular love story you need to watch on screen.

Analysis

Can you imagine if an ad with content of 2 minutes is dragged for 2 hours? If not you have 180. You will end up with the same feeling after watching 180. I have seen this movie on release day with high expectations on Siddarth whom I fascinate for his acting capabilities.

As you seen in the pic above your feelings will be up side down when you compare at entry and exit times.

Borrowing a concept is not wrong but tailoring it is very important. If you take Anji,it has roots in India Jones and Last Crusade but the theme is completely altered and it is different story why it was a buster.Similarly just changing the backdrop will not suffice. We have seen so many movies like this based on Geetanjali (Maniratnam's).

Siddarth, I dont know what happened to him and he keep on surprising me with his story selection. May be he is the No.1 in tollywood in worst stroy selection. First Aaata, then Bava, then Oy! then Anaganaga O dheerudu now 180.He is a fabulous at acting but blunder boy at story selection. Come on man Wake up !!.

Jayendra may be a good ad director but to become a movie director he need to improve a lot.

Whats new in the story? else whats good in screen play? Nothing. No one just go  and watch a movie for its technical brilliance. Very slow Narration  and equally slow and non soothing music irritates the audience.

I can say 180 minutes of time spending(including time at booking,interval etc.) is completely waste and I am sorry Siddarth you started loosing fans like me and loosing your crowd pulling charishma. Beware !!

Vadu-Vedu

I am not writing the complete cast details as every one goes to the movie just because the name BALA.
Yes I am so much excited to watch this movie and at last I managed to see on 2nd day first show.
Lets see what Bala has packed for this time

Analysis:
Disappointed. This is the feeling that will start and increases enormously with every minute of watching Vadu-Vedu. I know Bala has guts to show whatever he wants to show on the screen but that only will not suffice to make a good movie.
Through out the movie you can see Bala trademark of Raw elements but surprisingly very very thin story line.
The movie turned out to be a gift only to Vishal and heavy blow for all audiences.I donno how tamil people perceives it but certainly this is not a movie to watch on 70MM for telugu audience.

I have good respect for Bala till I entered cinema but in the time of 180 minutes I lost all.
No story ,No proper screenplay,No censored dialogues, No pleasant music, Nothing..Just Vishal Performance.
You will keep on expecting something called as story element but your waiting will be over once the movie completes.
Complete movie is dominated by Vadu (Vishal) and  Poor Veedu, nothing to show on the screen.
Complete disappointment for Bala fans and cinema fans.
Movie just has Vishal's performance and I am sure no one will go to see that.
My rating for this movie is Very Disappointing
